Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a specialist supplier to provide Qlik professional services for a mature environment of approximately 60 applications and bespoke business processes. Scope The scope includes: Provision of strategic advice, technical expertise and hands-on implementation across the Qlik environment Actioning the backlog of application cleanup and validation Establishing NPrinting applications for publication Supporting the UDP transition Developing new Qlik applications, including Medical Costs Finder, pathology, diagnostic imaging and anaesthetics co-claiming Developing a strategic plan for validation, cleanup and process improvement during and beyond the engagement Optimising performance of the Qlik environment Strengthening governance of the Qlik environment Improving scalability to support future business requirements Enquiries Buyer contact: DSManagedServices@health.gov.au
