Overview Tenterfield Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil road contractors for road repair works across the Tenterfield Shire local government area under its Reconstruction Authority Roads Repair Program (RARRP). Scope The scope includes: Road repair works across the Tenterfield Shire local government area under the Reconstruction Authority Roads Repair Program Delivery of the Base Scope for each Work Package on a schedule-of-rates basis Provision of lump-sum pricing for specified treatment options and tenderer-proposed treatment options, including more substantial reconstruction and rehabilitation solutions This single Request for Tender comprises multiple Work Packages that Council may contract separately and/or in combination. Tenderers may tender for one or more Work Packages and may also offer to perform specified combinations of Work Packages. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced civil road contractor Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed form of contract is GC21 Edition 2 Council may contract Work Packages separately and/or in combination Photo evidence and other files identified in the RFT documents as being provided for information only are subject to the applicable provisions of the General Conditions of Contract concerning the availability and reliability of information provided by the Principal Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers should register through the Tendering portal, download and carefully review the complete RFT documentation, and monitor the portal for any addenda or notices. All enquiries must be submitted through the Tendering portal, and tenders must be lodged electronically in accordance with the RFT requirements. A substantial collection of photo evidence is available as supplementary information but, due to file size, is not included in the tendering portal download package. To request access, tenderers must submit a private RFI through the Tendering portal stating the tenderer's organisation name and the email address of each person requiring download access. Council will then arrange direct access to the files. This notice is a summary only. The RFT documents and information published through the Tendering portal govern the tender process.
