Request for Further Expressions of Interest – National Cleaning Services

Overview Cushman & Wakefield invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in a further Expression of Interest for the provision of cleaning services across properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield throughout Australia. About This EOI follows an initial Expression of Interest process completed in April 2026. Additional client requirements have since been identified that require Cushman & Wakefield to reconfirm several critical aspects of supplier capability, capacity and service coverage before progressing to the tender stage. Scope Provision of cleaning services across properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield throughout Australia Contractor Requirements This EOI will assess supplier suitability across the following key areas: Geographic and service coverage Workforce and mobilisation capability Security-cleared personnel Licensing and insurance compliance Systems and reporting requirements Relevant Indigenous, SME and broader social procurement considerations Eligibility Suppliers wishing to be considered for the subsequent tender process will be required to participate in this EOI. Participation does not guarantee an invitation to the subsequent procurement stage or the award of any contract.
