Overview Oberon Council is inviting Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from interested motor vehicle suppliers for the replacement of motor vehicles as listed in the RFQ document. Scope The scope includes: Supply of replacement motor vehicles as listed in the RFQ document Provision of pricing for vehicles of similar or like capacity, including various model options such as 4WD/AWD Information Requested Nominated inclusions for each vehicle clearly itemised in the submission Confirmation of whether GST is applicable to each item Site Inspection An inspection day for the trade-in vehicles will be held as follows: Date: Friday 11 September Time: 9.00am to 12.00 noon Location: Oberon Council works depot, 11-13 Albion St Instructions to Tenderers Purchase and trade-in submissions must be provided on separate documents; submissions combining purchase and trade-in information in the one document are not preferred All questions relating to this RFQ must be directed through Vendor Panel, where all suppliers will receive like information to the Q&A responses from Council's Plant Manager Trade-in vehicles will remain in Council's possession and continue to be used until the new vehicle is delivered
