Security Services - Oven Mountain Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project

OMPS is undertaking a marketing evaluation to procure suitably capable, qualified local and regional businesses who have the ability to provide the following Security Services for the OMPS project. OMPS has selected specific expression of interest categories for businesses to ensure the best chance of evaluating the marketplace, and recognising where local and regional business can assist into the project. This expression of interest is for all suppliers who have an Australian Business Number (ABN), and are suitably capable for the following items (below): Site Surveillance: conduct regular patrols of the project site to ensure that all security protocols, identify any potential security risks. Access Control: controlling access to the project site (e.g., monitoring entry and exits) including monitoring who enters and exits the site and ensuring that all personnel have the proper clearance and credentials. Incident Response: action plan for any security incidents on site (e.g., theft, vandalism, safety hazards) and report to relevant authorities Training: provide security training to project personnel for any project incidents (that may happen) Security Reports: provide regular security reports (e.g., conducted activities, any project incidents). Equipment Maintenance: maintain security equipment on project site (e.g., camera, alarms). Emergency Preparedness: work with project team to develop emergency plans and procedures in case of a security incident or other emergency. Compliance: ensure that the project is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding security.
