Overview Singleton Council is seeking to enter a single contract with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for a three-year term to undertake condition assessment, inspection and relining works on Council's gravity sewer mains infrastructure. About Located at the gateway to the Hunter Valley vineyards and surrounded by national parks, Singleton was founded on agriculture, driven by coal and sustained by the Hunter River. Scope The scope includes: Condition assessment of Council's gravity sewer main infrastructure CCTV inspection of gravity sewer mains Cleaning of gravity sewer mains Relining works on gravity sewer mains Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in condition assessment, inspection and relining of gravity sewer main infrastructure Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted via the electronic tender box in the format specified in the Conditions of Tendering Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated, upon completion The tender submission must include all Schedules, including the Tender Form and any other declaration required, filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete The Tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed, nor engage in any form of collusive practice, nor directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful Tenderers as it sees fit Enquiries All tender enquiries should be directed to the tender online forum via the e-tendering portal.
