Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of bitumen emulsion to participating councils on an "as required" basis, for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for 2 x 12-month extension options. Scope Supply and delivery of bitumen emulsion to participating councils on an "as required" basis Participating Councils This process is being facilitated on behalf of: Bogan Shire Council Bourke Shire Council Cobar Shire Council Coonamble Shire Council Dubbo Regional Gilgandra Shire Council Narromine Shire Council Walgett Shire Council Warren Shire Council Warrumbungle Shire Council Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 (36 months) Provision for 2 x 12-month extension options Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box.
