Overview Armidale Regional Council invites quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) Cab Chassis 6 x 4 with Tipper Body, in accordance with the specifications set out in Part B of the RFT Document. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of one (1) Cab Chassis 6 x 4 with Tipper Body in accordance with the specifications in Part B of the RFT Document Compliance of the truck and all of its equipment with the requirements of applicable statutory authorities, including the NSW Work Cover Authority, Roads and Maritime Services, and Australian Standards Delivery of the equipment to Armidale Works Depot within the number of weeks specified in the quotation document, ready for immediate 24-hour use Contract Terms and Conditions The contract is a lump sum contract and is not subject to rise and fall Council reserves the right to cancel the order if the stated delivery time is not met Instructions to Tenderers Tenders must be lodged by 3.00 pm on Friday 20th November 2026 via the ARC tendering program, VendorPanel.
