Overview Armidale Regional Council invites quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) Compact Street Sweeper, in accordance with the specifications set out in Part B of the RFT Document. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of one (1) Compact Street Sweeper to the specifications in Part B of the RFT Document Delivery of the equipment to the Armidale Works Depot within the number of weeks specified in the quotation document Provision of equipment ready for immediate 24-hour use upon delivery Contractor Requirements The sweeper and all associated equipment must comply with the requirements of applicable statutory authorities, including the NSW Work Cover Authority and Roads and Maritime Services, and with relevant Australian Standards Contract Terms and Conditions The contract is a lump sum contract and is not subject to rise and fall Delivery must occur within the number of weeks specified in the quotation document Council reserves the right to cancel the order if the stated delivery time is not met Instructions to Tenderers For technical or detailed enquiries, respondents are encouraged to use the 'Vendor Panel Forum' as the preferred form of communication. Council will respond to all registered applicants who have downloaded the RFT details, to ensure full transparency.
