Overview Regional Procurement is facilitating this tender on behalf of participating councils, seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers to supply vehicle and plant tyres, tubes, fitting and roadside assistance. About This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating councils: Coonamble Shire, Warren Shire and Brewarrina Shire. Purpose Participating councils are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide vehicle and plant tyres, tubes, fitting and roadside assistance on an 'as required' basis. Scope The scope includes: Supply of passenger, truck and earthmover tyres Supply of tubes Tyre fitting services Roadside assistance Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the TenderLink Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via TenderLink: https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement/login, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST, until the submission close date. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
