Overview Transport for NSW is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the Supply of Milk for Transport for NSW Workplaces. Transport for NSW is looking to award contracts to one or more suppliers for the supply of milk to multiple sites across 5 regions. Scope The scope includes: Supply of Fresh Milk, Skim Milk and Lite Milk Delivery of milk to Transport for NSW sites, with site locations potentially including a number of delivery points depending on the size of the facility Loading of milk into Transport for NSW fridges during non business hours Nomination of sites the supplier can supply, including sites for current delivery and potential future requirements Contract Terms and Conditions Proposed contracts will be for a term of up to 7 years, comprising a fixed term of 3 years with 4 years of optional extensions Instructions to Tenderers To gain access to the sourcing event in ARIBA, tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email to TSS.Bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au including the following: Tender No and Title RFT ID Organisation Name ACN/ABN Contact Name Organisation/contact postal address Contact email address (preferably an email address with the contact person's name) Contact phone number To access the sourcing event documents in ARIBA over the internet once access is provided, tenderers should ensure they are using a PC with one of the following web browsers: Google Chrome 54+ (64-bit) Microsoft Internet Explorer 7-11 (32-bit) Mozilla Firefox 24 or 27 (ESR) Safari 9+ (64-bit) Microsoft Edge (32-bit) Enquiries Primary contact: Gary Burgess, tss.procurement@transport.nsw.gov.au
