About this tender
The scheme is a pool of suppliers prequalified to support concept design, detail design and delivery of road infrastructure projects. Scope The scheme is a pool of prequalified suppliers to support the concept design, detail design and delivery of Transport for NSW road infrastructure projects, and for Environment Service types, for all Transport for NSW infrastructure projects unless indicated. This is an agency specific scheme and is managed by Transport for NSW. The scheme complements the Registration Scheme for Construction Industry Contractors. Registration in the scheme will last for three years, registered members will be notified when prequalification is due to expire. Registration does not extend to related, associated or subsidiary businesses. The scheme should be used for the procurement of services that fall within the scheme scope, utilizing Transport for NSW model legal documents, standard corporate systems and processes as set out in Transport for NSW procurement policy and guidelines. The scheme facilitates, but does not replace, quotation and tender assessment processes for individual procurement events. Purchasers using the scheme must carry out their own due diligence with regard to value for money for each procurement event. The Procurement Board Direction PBD-2022-02 applies to this scheme.
