This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking three Senior Systems Analysts (SFIA5), to be engaged via an unranked merit list, to join the Health Business Systems Branch. About The Health Business System Branch works with a diverse range of business partners to deliver secure, reliable and sustainable enterprise systems, with a focus on digital transformation and supporting effective policy and program delivery. The Branch delivers significant digital transformation across the regulatory and subsidisation lifecycle. In addition to the large transformation program, the Branch provides operational support for all TGA systems, PBS monthly schedule production, and all D365 and on-premise Microsoft CRM applications. The Role The Senior Systems Analyst in the Health Business Systems Branch will act as a bridge between business and technical teams. The role will work closely with product/solution architects, technical leads and development teams to deliver technical specifications and system designs. The role includes: Translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem Working closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that solution designs are fit for purpose Providing support and upskilling other Systems Analysts Providing expert level BAU (business as usual) support Leading the investigation of production issues Enquiries Buyer contact: itd.labour.hire.services@health.gov.au
