Overview Ballina Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitable vendors for an online timesheet, attendance, leave management and award interpretation solution. The solution is intended to provide consistent, electronic and audible processes for office, depot, mobile and field-based staff while improving payroll accuracy, accountability, compliance and workforce reporting. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an online timesheet, attendance and leave management solution Electronic records of work for office, depot, mobile and field-based staff Workflow-based approvals for timesheets and leave Automated interpretation of relevant industrial instruments Payroll validation processes Integration with Council's existing payroll and enterprise systems, with Civica Altitude retained as Council's payroll system of record Contractor Requirements Replacement of the existing payroll capability is outside the mandatory scope of this procurement Tenderers may identify broader payroll functionality only as a clearly separated and separately priced optional future enhancement
