Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking two (including an unranked merit list) SFIA 4 Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Software Engineers (Developers) to support the Health Business System Branch. About The Health Business System Branch works with a diverse range of business partners to deliver secure, reliable and sustainable enterprise systems with a focus on digital transformation and supporting effective policy and program delivery. The Branch partners with the Health Financing Group and the Health Product Regulation Group to deliver a significant digital transformation across the regulatory and subsidisation lifecycle. In addition to this transformation program, the Branch provides operational support for all TGA systems, PBS monthly schedule production, and all D365 and Microsoft CRM applications. The Role The Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer will be responsible for the following: Design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards Contribute to design decisions and enforce development standards Actively participate in peer code reviews to ensure solution quality, performance and security Work with business stakeholders to understand the operational context and translate needs into high quality, fit for purpose technical solutions Role Requirements Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently while providing technical guidance within the delivery team Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality outcomes Ability to manage competing priorities across development, support and enhancement activities in a fast paced, enterprise delivery environment Contribution to continuous improvement and technical uplift Enquiries Buyer contact: itd.labour.hire.services@health.gov.au
