About this tender
Overview Destination NSW is seeking a Contractor or Contractors to coordinate and deliver event crane services for Vivid Sydney 2027, 2028 and 2029. Scope The scope includes: Working collaboratively with the Vivid Sydney Event Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Light and Technical Manager to scope, plan, implement and deliver crane services Working collaboratively with the Vivid Sydney Event Operations Team and any third-party contractors to deliver, install, manage, maintain and remove the required cranes detailed in the schedules The requirements listed for equipment are a non-exhaustive list and do not indicate the final type or quantities of equipment required for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 events. The exact scope for each year is normally known around December or January of each year. Information Requested Hourly rates, including minimum call out time, return travel time, and overtime, for the following cranes: 13 Tonne City Crane, 22 Tonne Franna, 25 Tonne crane, 40 Tonne crane, 55 Tonne crane, 60 Tonne crane, and 150 Tonne crane Rates must note and include any requirement for dogmen or auxiliary vehicles and resources If exact crane sizes differ from the list provided, the respondent must provide the closest possible options Rate cards must include clear costs and details of required driver break times, and additional costs associated with out of hours, weekend, Public Holiday, and/or any other penalty rates
