Overview Destination NSW is seeking the services of a Contractor or Contractors to coordinate and deliver Temporary Fencing Services for Vivid Sydney 2027, 2028 and 2029. Scope The scope includes: Working collaboratively with the Vivid Sydney Event Operations Manager, Production Manager and Technical Manager to scope, plan, implement and deliver fencing services Working collaboratively with the Vivid Sydney Event Operations Team and any third-party contractors to deliver, install, manage, maintain and remove the required fencing Provision of Crowd Control Barriers in both silver and black, up to 2,500 panels (of which up to 250 in black) Provision of mesh fence panels at 1.8m and 2.4m height, up to 1,000 panels Provision of pool fencing, up to 500 panels Provision of white picket fence panels at 0.8m and 1.2m height, up to 400 panels in total Provision of water fill barrier type with fence mesh panel insert, up to 100 pieces / panels Provision of associated equipment including fencing feet, gate wheels, concrete ballast blocks, bracing pieces and 100% blackout scrim rolls in both black and white colours This is a non-exhaustive list of requirements based on recent event year requirements and does not necessarily indicate the final type or quantities of equipment that will be required for Vivid Sydney 2027 or future years. Actual requirements may vary significantly year-to-year. Normal timelines would see the exact scope for each year known around December/January of each year. Information Requested A rate card for the equipment listed, completed using the attached costing template reference as Part C2 Written confirmation that the terms and conditions in the Destination NSW Contract of Engagement template can be met by the Respondent Specific identification of any terms and conditions the Respondent wishes to negotiate Indication of whether the Respondent is willing to accept a contract for part, but not all, of the services set out in the RFQ Instructions to Tenderers The Destination NSW Contract of Engagement template is attached for review as part of this RFQ. When responding, the Respondent should consider the terms and conditions in this template and confirm in writing that they can be met. Destination NSW may elect to engage the successful Contractor on specific elements of this request for quotation, but not others, due to ongoing operational variations. Destination NSW may also elect to contract with more than one Contractor for the services, or part thereof. This election will be at the sole discretion of Destination NSW.
