This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking three Lead Service Designers to join its Experience & Service Design team. The Role The Senior Service Designer role is accountable, under limited direction, for designing end-to-end service journeys informed by user evidence, strategic priorities and organisational objectives. The role drives improvements across digital and non-digital services, considers the wider ecosystem, and identifies opportunities to enhance customer experiences and deliver outcomes that support Australia's National Digital Health Strategy. As a senior member of the Experience & Service Design team, the Senior Service Designer applies contemporary human-centred design practices to deliver impactful and customer-focused services and products. The role works collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and the broader health ecosystem to translate research, insights and business needs into practical, feasible and sustainable service improvements.
