Overview The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to undertake repairs and maintenance of Building Management Systems in the Alice Springs region for a period of 36 months. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Fault finding and troubleshooting Programming adjustments Servicing and preventative maintenance Repairs and replacement of defective components System optimisation Emergency response Maintenance of Automatic Gates and associated control systems Contractor Requirements Maintain the operational reliability and functionality of Building Management System installations in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer recommendations, and statutory requirements
