The Project intends to tender and award Conveyors package. The scope covers the design, supply, and modularization of conveyor systems for material handling, including drive assemblies, pulleys, belts, idlers, structures, chute work, belt cleaning systems, and associated components, handling bulk material transfer from feed hopper to discharge points. The package includes all equipment within defined battery limits, comprising conveyor assemblies, integrated instrumentation, and pre-installed cabling, with interfaces at feed inlet, discharge chute, and structural/mechanical supports, while excluding upstream/downstream systems and site works. The system is to be designed and sized by the supplier to meet specified duty requirements in the datasheets, including capacity, throughput, and operational performance. It includes required instrumentation and provisions for control integration in compliance with Type 2 EC&I requirements. The equipment is designed for outdoor installation, with suitable protective coating, weatherproofing, guarding, noise compliance, and provisions for safe operation, maintenance, and handling.
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
