Overview The Department of Corrections, Youth Justice is seeking a suitable contractor to undertake cleaning services at the Holtze Youth Detention Centre for a period of 12 months. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following services: General cleaning in staff office areas and common areas Cleaning of classrooms and young people's common areas Bio-hazard cleaning Emergency cleaning as required Contractor Requirements Availability to clean parts of the Centre seven (7) days a week Ability to commit to cleaning the Centre in the hours after 5.00 p.m. Ability to provide a high quality cleaning service within the Centre as outlined in the Request for Tender document All cleaners attending the Centre must hold a current Working with Children's Card Contract Terms and Conditions The new contract will commence on 1 December 2026 Contract period of 12 months
