About this tender
Periodic Air conditioning maintenance for Group 4 Mechanical contract. Works to include but not limited to: Contract provides for the comprehensive maintenance, servicing, repair, and operation of HVAC systems across nominated sites. The scope includes routine preventative maintenance of all air-conditioning components, plant and systems, attendance to call-outs for operational issues, repair or replacement of defective parts, and coordination with interfacing trades where required. The contractor is responsible for identifying defects that may prevent the immediate restoration of service and providing recommendations for rectification. The overall objective of the contract is to ensure the ongoing reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of air-conditioning systems at all designated sites.
