Overview The Northern Territory Government is seeking a contractor to undertake repairs and maintenance of Group 4 air conditioning equipment and assets in Darwin for a period of 36 months, covering periodic air conditioning maintenance under the Group 4 Mechanical contract. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Comprehensive maintenance, servicing, repair, and operation of HVAC systems across nominated sites Routine preventative maintenance of all air-conditioning components, plant, and systems Attendance to call-outs for operational issues Repair or replacement of defective parts Coordination with interfacing trades where required Identification of defects that may prevent the immediate restoration of service Provision of recommendations for rectification of identified defects Objectives The overall objective of the contract is to ensure the ongoing reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of air-conditioning systems at all designated sites.
