About this tender
Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor for FC510 Site Fencing, covering the provision of permanent site fencing and associated infrastructure for the Nolans Rare Earths Project. The Contractor shall supply, install, construct, commission, operate, and hand over all permanent fencing systems, gates and associated works required to secure and segregate designated areas of the Project in accordance with the project specifications and approved design documentation. Scope The scope includes: Supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of permanent perimeter and internal security fencing, including the Process Plant Perimeter Fence, the Process Plant Restricted and Non-Restricted Area Separation Fence, the Pond Fencing, the Landfill Perimeter Fence, the Sewerage Reticulation Area Fence, and the Tyre Storage Area Fence Supply and installation of vehicle access gates, pedestrian gates, turnstiles, boom gates and associated access control infrastructure Supply and installation of fence posts, foundations, bracing, mesh, security toppings, fittings and accessories Supply and installation of pastoral fencing to contain, control and protect livestock Civil works associated with fencing, including clearing, earthworks, concrete foundations and reinstatement of disturbed areas Supply and installation of fencing signage, identification markers and safety signage Inspection, testing, commissioning and handover of all fencing systems and associated infrastructure Provision of all materials, labour, supervision, PPE, tools, equipment, plant, temporary works, construction activities, and inspection and testing required for the execution and completion of the scope of work
