Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Form & Place Concrete Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with theconstruction program. The Subcontractors works comprise of the complete Forming & Placement of Concrete including all necessary equipment, materials, labour and the like to ensure the safe setting out, form work installation, placement and finishing the concrete but also not limited to the following: • Provide all necessary labour, equipment and materials to set out and form to the required depth, all internal & external concrete slabs including verandah slabs, concrete pavements, walkways & footpaths including associated piers and footings, spoon drains & cross overs, garden edging, concrete stairs, retaining walls & ramps, vehicle crossings and suspended slabs to the MPH, as documented. Allow to remove all formwork from site, after the necessary curing times have been reached. • Provide all necessary labour to place and tie all reinforcement for all concrete, as documented – reinforcement will be provided by the Builder • Provide all necessary curing of the placed concrete, as documented; • Provide labour and materials to ensure that the placed concrete is provided with the correct finish, as documented. • Ensure that all concrete pour dates are discussed and agreed with the DCOH Site Manager, to ensure that the correct quantity and MPA concrete plus reinforcement is ordered and on site by the required date. • Allow for all necessary coordination with other subcontractors, including but not limited to the concrete pump supplier, concrete supplier, reo supplier block layer, services contractors, structural steel installers, playground equipment & shade sail structure installers, softfall installer, landscapers, irrigators, civil contractors, swimming pool contractor and the like
