Fire rate and ‘under cut’, as documented. • Supply and install all door hardware including locks, handles, levers, hinges, vision panels, door protection, kick plates, closers, drop bolts, door stops, bolts, flush bolts, ferrules, thresholds, drip strips, 150mm stainless steel kickplates, rebate kits, door limiter stays, seals including automatic door seals, door selectors, escutcheons, turn nibs, push plates, offset handles and the like, as required. • Provide Master Key System • Supply & install all construction cylinders and allow to be keyed alike. • Installation of all solid core doors and metal clad doors and associated hardware. • Install of fixtures and fittings including pamphlet holders, soap holders, paper towel dispensers, toilet roll holders, coat hooks, grab rails, ambulant toilet grab rails, shower rails, antiseptic liquid dispensers, shower soap dishes, folding shower seats, stainless steel shelfs, towel rails and the like, as required. • Supply all necessary fixtures, screws, glue and the like required for the completion of this package. • Provide all warranty, care and maintenance documentation for the installed doors and hardware, prior to project completion.
