About this tender
Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Joinery Supply & Installation Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with the builder’s construction program. The Subcontract Works include, but are not limited to the following works: Shop Drawing, manufacture, supply, transport, delivery and install all joinery for the project Includes but not limited to supply & installation of the following: Bulkheads as documented, associated with joinery. Cable access caps/ Cable tidy Reception desk File slots and pigeon holes File drawers Bin draws Adjustable and fixed shelves as noted – overhead and under bench. Assistance and Co-ordination of Roller Shutters Lockers Mobile units including castors and pinboards Stainless benchtops where indicated Magnetic Whiteboards Benches – counters, desks, workbench, kitchen, staff stations – including laminate vertical support Cupboards – under bench, overhead, full height. Drawers Feature laminates Heavy duty shelving Shelves – microwave, open Laminated splashbacks Integrated sinks Plinths & carcasses Ventilation slots and grates Joinery items that incorporate part Stainless Steel and part laminate finish. Cut outs for dishwashers, chilled water units, microwaves, ovens, cook tops, sinks, hose pipes and the like including covers to visible cutouts. Supply & install all fixings, fitting, hinges, catches, handles, runners, closers, brackets, screwcaps, stops, locks, keys, shelf pins, general cabinetry hardware and the like required for the complete package. Locks and hardware along with keying requirements. All necessary framework including, if any, metal work. Any required wall or ceiling noggins. All necessary site measuring Samples
