Lot 209 Milingimbi, Floor Repairs and Painting

Overview East Arnhem Regional Council invites tenders for internal remediation works at the Lot 209 CDEP Building, Milingimbi, Northern Territory. Scope The scope includes: Downstairs Common Room (approximately 36 m2): removal and disposal of water-damaged vinyl floor tiles, substrate preparation, and supply and installation of new commercial sheet vinyl flooring Removal, retention and reinstatement of the existing kitchenette in the Downstairs Common Room Office areas (approximately 78 m2): installation of new fibre cement floor sheeting over the existing floor, and supply and installation of new commercial sheet vinyl flooring Trimming of doors to suit the new floor level in the office areas Installation of 150 mm high coved vinyl skirting to the perimeter of all nominated areas Preparation and repainting of affected walls and ceilings to match existing finishes, using low-VOC coatings Installation of all associated trims and transitions Making good, waste disposal and cleaning
