Overview The Department is seeking a contractor to provide repairs and maintenance services for urban public and Government Employee Housing in Nhulunbuy for a period of 36 months. Purpose This Contract will assist the delivery of safe, secure and appropriate urban, industry and Government Employee Housing (GEH) for Territorians.
