About this tender
The Scope of Work includes the design, supply, manufacture, inspection and testing, documentation, pre-assembly and modularisation, preparation for shipment and transport of Oil Heaters Units. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: Expansion vessel, sump vessel and de-gas tank, with provision for nitrogen blanket (supply of nitrogen by others) to prevent thermal oil oxidation. The expansion vessel shall be supported on the Company’s structural steel. Oil pumps, with seals and seal support system. This includes the pumps that drive oil through the heater and also the secondary loop to drive oil through the heated process equipment. Burners, combustion air fans, combustion stack and oil heater. The combustion stack can be mounted against the Company’s structural steel, pending suitable layout of the oil heater package. Refractory lining (if required). Insulation and cladding. Interconnecting piping and valves. The valves and instruments are to be skid mounted. Piping to be skid-mounted, except for loose spools connecting skids and loose spools running up the company steelwork to the expansion tank. Supplier is to confirm if equipment of this nature has been provided by them earlier, with relevant references to earlier projects
