Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for the supply of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (LV VSDs) and associated equipment for the Nolans Project under tender PE073. Scope The scope includes: Supply of all items within the battery limits required for fully functioning LV VSDs and associated equipment that meet the duty specified in the Datasheet Supply of the equipment listed in the LV Variable Speed Drive Material Requisition, with the associated LV VSD specified in the Equipment Schedule, found in the LV Variable Speed Drive Datasheet (NRE-4000-E-DAT-E-0004, to be shared later with tender) Provision of unit pricing for the package items listed in the Equipment Schedule Inclusion in the scope of work of all items, accessories and services that are usual or necessary to complete the work and achieve the specified performance, but which may not be specifically mentioned Procurement of parts, materials, fabrication, painting and protective coating, and testing Pre-assembly of the equipment to the maximum extent practicable, in accordance with the transport limitations in the Project Equipment Shipping and Packing Specification NRE-0000-P-SPC-U-0001 (to be shared later with tender) Supply of all instrumentation necessary for protection of the LV VSDs, as defined in the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Specification NRE-0000-E-SPC-E-0007 and the Datasheet Supply of enclosures and mounting accessories for the VSDs, as required to meet the required IP rating specified in Variable Speed Drive (VSD) Specification NRE-0000-E-SPC-E-0007 Supply of output filters and other accessories nominated by the Supplier to suit the application and cable lengths Supply of the LV VSD quantities listed in PE073 - LV Variable Speed Drives Material Requisition H366551-PE073-260-180-0001, with the complete list of individual VSDs, applications and estimated cable lengths set out in the VSD Data Sheet (NRE-4000-E-DAT-E-0004) Provision of unit pricing for the package items listed in H366551-PE073-260-180-0001 and for output filters as required due to cable length indicated in the datasheet The VSDs listed in H366551-PE073-260-180-0001 and NRE-4000-E-DAT-E-0004 are based on preliminary load list information. Motor ratings and quantities will be revised prior to placing orders, and the list of motor ratings and quantities will be rationalised once mechanical package vendor ratings are confirmed.
