Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for PJ102, the Flame Safeguard and Local Panels package for the Nolans Project, covering the provision of a Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) System to serve as a safety and emergency communication network across the project. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) System functioning as a safety and emergency communication network across the project Broadcasting of automated or manual electronic alarm tones (for example, fire, gas alerts, evacuation signals) and live voice messages across the entire facility with high volume and speech intelligibility Supply of all equipment necessary to allow the system to operate All design engineering for the system Development of a System Architecture Diagram and Block Diagram Development of a Sound Coverage Study Development of a Bill of Materials (BOM) and Equipment Specifications Provision of Hazardous Area Certifications, including for explosion-proof horn speakers, visual beacons, and weatherproof field phones Development of System Logic and Interface Plans to integrate with external interfaces, such as Fire and Gas (F&G) detection systems and Emergency Shutdown controls
