Background City of Darwin has committed to upgrading two (2) local playgrounds under the 2026/27 Playground Refurbishment program. Description of the works This Request for Tender is for the demolition of existing playgrounds, and the design and construction of new play spaces, including play equipment, shade structures, and sand or rubberised softfall, at the following local playgrounds: Osterman Park – 15 Osterman Street, Coconut Grove Malabar Park - 2 Malabar Street, Larrakeyah
