About this tender

Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for PM043 - Calciner - Nolans Project. The supplier shall be responsible for the design, engineering, supply, fabrication, testing, modularisation, packaging, and delivery of a complete natural gas-fired indirect rotary Calciner Package suitable for the specified process duty. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Indirectly fired rotary calciners complete with product coolers Feed and discharge systems, rotary kiln assemblies, burners, combustion systems, drives, lubrication systems, supporting structures, insulation, and associated mechanical equipment Process off-gas treatment equipment, including dust collection systems and baghouse components All interconnecting piping, valves, ducting, instrumentation, electrical and control systems within the package battery limits Structural steel, access platforms, ladders, walkways, guards, lifting arrangements, painting, coatings, and identification labels Complete package automation, instrumentation, control systems, machine safety systems, and hazardous area assessment in accordance with project specifications Design, engineering, project management, quality assurance, inspection, testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), documentation, and supplier reporting requirements Modularisation and pre-assembly of equipment to maximise off-site construction and minimise site installation activities Packaging and shipment of the complete package to the project site Provision of recommended commissioning, operational, maintenance, and capital spares Optional pricing for the complete off-gas dust collection and handling system, including dust collectors, cyclones, induced draft fans, ducting, stacks, and dust return systems Provision of site technical support, commissioning assistance, operator training, and supervision services on a reimbursable basis, if required Provision of performance guarantees for key operational parameters, including material residence time, product temperatures, material peak temperature, and product losses to the dust collection system, in accordance with the project datasheets and specifications The complete scope shall be supplied as an integrated package within the defined battery limits and in accordance with all referenced project specifications and standards.
