Scope The scope includes: Collecting waste and recyclables from designated public litter facilities Transporting and disposing of general waste at the Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility Delivering recyclable materials to an approved Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Ensuring all services are performed according to the programmed collection schedule maintained by the City of Darwin
