Overview City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably experienced, professional operator for the management and operation of SWELL (Swimming, Wellness, Events, Leisure, Lifestyle) centre situated at 31 Tilston Avenue, Moulden. Scope The scope includes management and operation of this multi-activity facility, comprising: Swimming pools Two (2) storey aquatic adventure play structure Splash pad Fitness centre Kiosk area Half basketball court Events area Small party room Outdoor BBQ General amenities, including a Master Lock Smiths Australia Key (MLAK) adult change facility Contract Terms and Conditions Period contract for an initial two (2) years, with three (3) one-year options to extend Site Inspection An optional site inspection is being held.
