About this tender
Overview Central Desert Regional Council is seeking a contractor to undertake upgrade works at the Yuelamu Aged Care Centre. About Yuelamu is located approximately 280 km north-west of Alice Springs on the former Mt Allen Pastoral Lease, within the Southern Tanami Ward. The community, including the Pulardi and Ten Mile outstations, has a population of about 250 people. Scope The scope includes: Alterations and repairs to the existing Yuelamu Aged Care Centre building Installation of a new containerised laundry Installation of cold room and freezer facilities Access improvements Installation of essential concrete paths Relocation of rainwater tanks Associated electrical and site services works
