Overview The City of Moreton Bay (Council) is providing advance notice of its intent to invite Tenders to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for Grounds Maintenance Services (Group 4), to support the operational needs of the city. Purpose This Advance Tender Notice is for advertisement purposes only. There is no need to provide a response to this event or register interest. Scope The scope includes: Establishment of a Preferred Supplier Arrangement for Grounds Maintenance Services A primary provider for each portion to perform scheduled maintenance in the central and eastern districts Instructions to Tenderers Council anticipates the Tender opportunity will be issued by a Request for Tender via the etender panel in January 2027 Council will not accept any Tender submissions in response to this Advance Tender Notice Parties must refrain from approaching or discussing this opportunity directly with Councillors, Councillor nominees, or Council employees, to ensure regard to ethical behaviour and fair dealing All related communications will only be facilitated through the etender Public Tenders forum within the Tender advertisement period Council does not warrant or represent that all information contained in this Advance Tender Notice is accurate or complete Council does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in a Request for Tender, and any changes remain at Council's sole and absolute discretion
