Overview Townsville City Council is seeking to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement with a suitably qualified and experienced audio visual (AV) partner. Purpose The purpose of this arrangement is to establish a strategic audio-visual technology partner capable of supporting Council's existing and future audiovisual environments. Scope The scope includes: Design of audiovisual solutions for Council's existing and future audiovisual environments Supply of audiovisual equipment and technology Installation of audiovisual systems Commissioning of audiovisual systems Integration of audiovisual systems Maintenance of audiovisual systems Lifecycle management of audiovisual systems Training services Support services Instructions to Tenderers Council reserves the right to procure goods and services outside this arrangement where operational, technical or commercial circumstances warrant.
