This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Banana Shire Council is seeking to engage a contractor to install a pebble garden bed at the Biloela Pool. Scope The scope includes: Clearing all grass and vegetation growing under the existing access ramp Installation of a weed mat in the designated area Laying edging to contain the pebbles, except where a concrete path meets the rocks Supply, laying, and levelling of white pebble/rock in all visible areas outlined in Vendorpanel Supply of all materials, machinery, and equipment required to complete the works Information Requested Full price to supply and install all materials A photo of the style of rock/pebble proposed to be used A photo of the edging proposed to be used Contract Terms and Conditions Council would like the works to be completed by 30 August 2026 A risk assessment will need to be completed and approved by Council before works can commence Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Site visits are welcomed. Access: The site can be accessed by vehicle from the tennis courts entry or the Prairie Street gates
