Overview South Burnett Regional Council is offering Christmas Carnival Sponsorship funding to assist not-for-profit community organisations in delivering a Christmas Carnival. Funding Council will determine on a case by case basis the requirements for acknowledgement of sponsorship. Eligibility Open to not-for-profit community organisations delivering a Christmas Carnival Successful applicants must reapply each year for assessment on merit Not-for-profit community organisations are permitted to submit one application per event financial year How to Apply Applications open: Wednesday 1 July 2026 Applications close: Wednesday 30 September 2026 Apply for Christmas Carnival Sponsorship funding using the application form: Community Grants Program - Christmas Carnival Sponsorship (PDF, 2MB) Applications will be assessed by the Community Grants Program Assessment Panel against the Community Grants Program Policy (PDF, 637KB) based on the Assessment Criteria. A recommendation will be made by the Community Grants Program Assessment Panel, with approval by the General Manager Finance & Liveability.
