Overview Ipswich City Council is seeking tenders to establish a Pre-qualified Supplier Framework (PS Deed) arrangement for the provision of civil minor and medium works. Purpose Council is seeking tenders to form an arrangement in accordance with the Pre-qualified Supplier Framework (PS Deed) for the provision of civil minor and medium works for an initial five (5) year period with the option to extend for a further two (2) years. Scope To support the various requirements across Council, this arrangement will have three sub-categories of works: Stormwater and Structural Works Earthworks and Construction Activities Environmental and Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) Works Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract period of five (5) years Option to extend the arrangement for a further two (2) years
