About this tender

Overview Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is inviting submissions for the collection and processing of recovered resources at TRC Waste Facilities, in accordance with the Request for Tender documentation. Scope The Service Specification documents consist of six Separable Portions. Respondents may bid on one, some, or all of the Separable Portions: Separable Portion A: Collection of Household Hazardous Waste Separable Portion B: Collection and Disposal of Asbestos Separable Portion C: Collection of Waste Oil Separable Portion D: Collection of Expanded Polystyrene Separable Portion E: Collection of E-waste Separable Portion F: Receival and Purchase of Bulk Cardboard Instructions to Tenderers The Request for Tender documentation is made up of the following documents: The Information Brief providing the background to the Request for Tender Part A, the Request for Tender, outlining the process, terms and conditions of Tender, and the criteria for the evaluation of Tenders Part B, the Response Form and Returnable Schedules, to be completed and submitted by Respondents Part C, the General Terms and Conditions, comprising the proposed terms and conditions of the Agreement which will apply to all of the Separable Portions Part D, the Service Specifications for each of the Separable Portions, outlining the technical scope and obligations of the parties Information Requested Completed Response Form and Returnable Schedules as set out in Part B Contract Terms and Conditions Part C sets out the General Terms and Conditions comprising the proposed terms and conditions of the Agreement, which will apply to all of the Separable Portions.
