Overview South Burnett Regional Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the demolition and replacement of infrastructure at the Coolabunia Saleyards facility, comprising Stage 3 and Stage 3A works. Scope The scope includes: Demolition and replacement of the dip forcing yard, race and draining pens, including replacement of concrete in the race and installation of a new head bail with swing arm super scoop, as per Stage 3 plans Demolition and replacement of surrounding holding yards, including water points (troughs supplied by Council, excluding poly pipe and fittings) and perimeter fencing, as per Stage 3 plans (cattle dip and draining yards concrete not included) Demolition and replacement of the mouthing/vet crush forcing yard, race and adjoining yards/fencing, including supply and installation of a new vet crush with swing arm super scoop, as per Stage 3A plans Concreting of the vet crush and race with forcing yard, compacted with road base gravel, as per Stage 3A plans Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking demolition and replacement works of this nature
