About this tender
Overview Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) invites suppliers to submit an offer in response to Invitation to Offer (ITO) No. TIIM-MC-007, Central Sterilisation Department (CSD) Equipment Replacement, for both Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) and Robina Hospital (RH). Purpose This procurement forms a critical component of Gold Coast Health's broader program of works to ensure the Central Sterilisation Departments at Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital are appropriately equipped to meet current and future service requirements and the requirements of AS 5369:2023. About Gold Coast Health has undertaken detailed design for the complete package of works. Relevant design documentation, technical requirements, specifications, drawings, operational requirements and other information provided within the ITO have been included to support the development of the Supplier's Offer. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of Central Sterilisation Department (CSD) equipment at Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) Replacement of Central Sterilisation Department (CSD) equipment at Robina Hospital (RH) Information Requested Suppliers must complete and return the following as part of their offer: TIIM-MC-007 CSD ITO Part C, ITO Response schedules Returnable Schedule 1, GCUH_CSD-MME ITO Returnable Schedule 2, RH_CSD-MME ITO Instructions to Tenderers Suppliers should read and retain the following documents: TIIM-MC-007 CSD ITO Part A, ITO information TIIM-MC-007 CSD ITO Part B, Contract Details The following information-only items have been provided: Robina, Architectural and Services drawings, with the list of drawings to follow as an Addendum GCUH, Architectural and Services drawings, with the list of drawings to follow as an Addendum
