Overview Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking to award a contract to a suitably experienced and qualified respondent for the provision and deployment of a Venue, Event Management & Ticketing Platform to support its Cultural Services. Scope The scope includes provision and deployment of the Venue, Event Management & Ticketing Platform at the following locations: Boonah Cultural Centre: performances, exhibitions, workshops, school holiday programs, larger catered events The Centre Beaudesert: performances, exhibitions, workshops, school holiday programs, larger catered events Vonda Youngman Community Centre (North Tamborine): high volume of small community hires, occasional larger events plus school holiday programs (mostly ticketed or with registration functions) Information Requested Suppliers should detail responses to requirements and provide proposed devices and costs in the Excel workbook: Attachment C – SRRC_Cultural_Services_Venue_Management_&_Ticketing_Platform_Supplier_Response_Checklist.xlsx Instructions to Tenderers Council may enter into negotiations with up to 2 shortlisted Respondents in order to finalise requirements and costs.
