Overview The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is inviting qualified suppliers to provide Design and Construct services for the Innovation Centre Collider - Future Skills Labs project at the Sippy Downs Campus. Scope The scope includes: Upgrade and reconfiguration of the existing Innovation Centre building Delivery of five specialist Future Skills Labs Associated collaboration and training spaces Meeting rooms Coworking areas Supporting building services infrastructure Specialist technology installations Associated construction works Contract Terms and Conditions The successful contractor will be engaged under a Design and Construct arrangement Obligations include completion of detailed design, construction, commissioning, handover and defects liability for the project
