This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Central Highlands Regional Council invites submissions to provide hay to the Emerald Saleyards. Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) capable of providing a reliable, responsive and commercially sustainable supply of quality hay to support the ongoing operation of the Emerald Saleyards. Scope Supply of quality hay to the Emerald Saleyards Provision of a reliable and responsive supply to support ongoing saleyard operations Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in supplying hay Capable of providing a commercially sustainable supply of quality hay Contract Terms and Conditions The Contract is intended to commence immediately following expiry of the existing Hay Supply Contract on 24 September 2026 Initial term of twelve (12) months Two (2) options to extend for six (6) months each, exercisable at Council's sole discretion
