About this tender

Overview Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) is seeking expressions of interest from contractors and service providers to be included on Council's Approved Contractor List (Tranche 2). About TSIRC is seeking to facilitate the engagement of service providers that are preferably located in the Cairns and/or the Torres Strait Island region, as the vast majority of services will be required to be delivered in the Torres Strait Island region. Scope The scope includes provision of services in the following categories: Auction / Disposal Services Building Asset Repair & Maintenance Services Consultancy Services Catering Services Community & Social Services Employment Services Equipment Maintenance Freight & Logistics Services IT or Telecommunications Services Laboratory or Testing Services Labour Hire Services Plant and Equipment Hire Security Services Training Services Transport Services Vehicle Maintenance Venue Hire or Accommodation Other Professional Services Eligibility Expressions of interest are sought from contractors who are NOT currently in a contractual arrangement under which TSIRC can currently procure services, including: The TSIRC Register of Prequalified Suppliers A TSIRC preferred supplier arrangement An LGA arrangement such as a LocalBuy contract A Queensland Government agency arrangement such as the Queensland Government Procurement contracts for Professional Services
