Overview Acceler Project Management, in partnership with Coast2Bay, is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the design and construction of a 50 unit affordable and social housing project in Deception Bay, spread across 6 levels. Scope Design and construction of a 50 unit affordable and social housing project spread across 6 levels Contractor Requirements To be considered for this EOI, respondents must have: Federal Safety Accreditation Experience in delivering design and construct social housing and government-funded projects Availability to tender the project in November 2026 Safety, environmental and quality management systems (third party certified preferred) Recent experience delivering comparable projects, preferably in the Deception Bay / north Brisbane area A suitable QBCC licence and supporting financials Instructions to Tenderers Expressions of interest must be submitted to joelle.brown@accelerpm.com.au no later than 11 am, 27 August 2026.
